美銀美林：中石化(00386-HK)可追落後，上望10.5元

美銀美林發表研究報告，發改委公布今起上調柴油及汽油價格4.2%，氣油每噸升310噸人民幣(對比自10月26日以來國際油價累升8.5%)，由於內地通脹壓力上升，關注內地未來成品油的定價機制，並指國際油價若處每桶80至130美元，料中石化的煉油業務仍可達收支平衡。

美銀美林指，重申對中石化「跑贏大市」的投資評級，及目標價10.5元，此相當預測市帳率0.5倍，指該股近期跑輸同業，以反映市場對內地未來上調成品油價的關注，並認為有關是過度憂慮，指中石化仍為該行的石油股首選。

美銀美林指，中石化未來可受惠於人民幣升值，而該行料中石化於2010年至2012年每股盈利預測各為0.87、0.93及1.1元人民幣，現價相當預測2011年市盈率6.63倍，息率5.28%。

高盛料中石化(00386-HK)受惠成品油機制改革，重申「買入」

高盛發表研究報告，預期中石化受惠成品油機制改革，重申「買入」評級，並維持目標價9.7元，並認為中石化前景較中石油(0857-HK)佳

高盛報告指，發改委上調汽油及柴油零售價逾4%，而飛機用燃油則上升5%至每噸290元人民幣，是次發改委調整成品油價自新成品油機制自08年12月以來第 12次，並是內地自10月底表示關注通脹後首次調高油價；高盛認為，發改委上調成品油出廠價價格合理，原因是國際油價持續上升，而發改委調整油價，將會給予市場對成品油價機制信心。

高盛續指出，成品油價調升後，預計每桶石油的利潤為6.5美元，並相信明年1月利潤更可增至每桶7美元，因此該行相信早前預計煉油每桶利潤5美元將可達標，並估計明年每桶煉油利潤與今年5美元相同。

該行亦表示，內地上調成品油價後，高盛繼續認為中石化前景較中石油佳，主要由於中石化為新成品油機制有較大的受惠，加上潛在優化成品油機制，估計中石化的盈利有上升空間，加上中石化估值較中石油存有折讓，故看好中石化前景。

高盛：內險股明年首選平保(02318-HK)，升目標至102.4元

高盛發表研究報告，因預期內地明年將會加息，相信有利內地保險股的債券及存款收益率提高，改善其盈利的表現，並相信內地經濟最終可望「軟著陸」，在行業中該行首選中國平安保險，重申對其「買入」的投資評級，及上調其目標價由89.5元升至102.4元，此相當股價對2011年內含價值的2.59倍。

高盛指，對平保未來的內含價值增長正面，決定上調其2011年新業務價值及盈利預測各3.9%及16.8%，指其透過代理的銷售渠道，可保持保費收入的強勁增長，相信其新業務價值及內含值增長，仍可跑贏同業，其投資組合仍最潛在受惠於內地加息，並指其風險與回報比率吸引；而該行料平保於2011及2012年每股盈利各為3.62及4.986元人民幣。

高盛表示，重申對中國人壽(2628-HK)「中性」的投資評級，及目標價32.5元，此相當預測2011年股價對內含價值的2.22倍，因考慮其新業務價值增長遜於同業，料其明年增長約13%(對比行業增約22%)，兼且其投資組合對息口敏感度較低，並指其仍需證據顯示其可透過代理渠道明顯提升效益。

高盛料，中國人壽於2011年及2012年每股盈利各為1.69及2.27元人民幣。

高盛上調波司登(03998-HK)評級至「買入」，指為吸納良機

高盛發表研究報告，決定上調波司登的投資評級，由「中性」升至「買入」，維持目標價4.2元，此相當預測2011年市盈率15倍，指市場早前過度擔心冬天變暖的因素，並指該股自上月累積調整22%，並指其股價回落是吸納良機。

高盛指，市場早前擔心波司登今年冬天銷售下跌逾30%，但料其明年1月將回升，考慮勞工及原料成本上升，料產品平均售價最少上升20%，相信其零售業務不會出現問題。

高盛估計，波司登於2010年至2012年每股盈利預測各為0.26、0.28及0.32元，此相當預測2011年市盈率11.5倍、市帳率2.9倍及股本呇報25.4%。

野村上調太保(02601-HK)評級至「中性」，料新業務價值略優預期

野村證券發表研究報告，上調中國太保的投資評級，由「減持」升至「中性」，及升目標價由原來28元升至30元，以反映其下半年新業務價值增長預測略優於原預期，並相信股價現水平有支持。

野村指，內地明年潛在加息，及內地股市持續轉向正面，均為太保帶來正面的影響，而投資者主要關注保險公司對風險能力的管理，及新業務價值的增長，能否於長時間內持續。

該行指，中國太保的壽險公司於上半年的償付能力達到236%，料內地未來在更多的競爭資本，及中保監越來越嚴格的使用子債務資本，該行將等待 更多的證據顯示太能否有效運用資本(特別是當銀行保險的銷售變得更加困難)。

而野村估計，中國太保於2010年至2012年每股盈利預測分別為1、1.25及1.56元人民幣，現價相當2011年股價對內含價值的1.7倍，股價對新業務價值的19.8倍。

高盛首予中國太平(00966-HK)「中性」評級，可待調整後吸納

高盛發表研究報告，首予中國太平「中性」的投資評級，及一年目標價27.6元，此相當預測2011年股價對內含價值的2.44倍，及新業價值的21.6倍，略高於同業水平，因認為宜待其調整後，方可進行吸納。

高盛指，中國太平的基本面鞏固，及市場定位具吸引力，料其2010年至2012年的新業務價值的複合增長率達28.5%，期內內含價值的複合長率為27.7%，均優於同業，此受益於其代理渠道及開新點所致，料銀保業務於明年首季或優於預期。

高盛估計，中國太平於2010年至2012年內含價值按年升15%、31%及25%；而該行料，中國太平於2010年至2012年每股盈利預測各為0.68、0.99及1.28元。

美林：長實(00001-HK)擬分拆內地REITs上市有助改善透明度

美銀美林發表研究報告，指長實擬計劃分拆內地出租物業REITs上市有助改善公司透明度，故維持「買入」評級，目標價維持146元，以反映預期2011年每股資產淨值162元折讓一成。

美銀美林報告指，市傳長實計劃發行以人民幣計價的內地出租物業REITs上市，而規模更達至100億元人民幣，美林認為，現時難以計算消息落實後，對長實的資產淨值的幫助，但相信有助改善長實於內地持有的投資物業透明度，因此有助收窄長實對每股資產淨值的折讓。

美銀美林亦稱，該行計算長實於內地投資物業估值，大約相當於180億元，若然長實計劃發行以內地出租物業REITs，該行相信北京東方廣場將會為該REITs主要核心物業，東方廣場現時由長實及和黃(0013-HK)分別持有33.4%及18%股權。

另一方面，美林稱，預期明年本港物業市場成交量回升，而長實推出新盤計劃未來12個月將會維持穩定，加上和黃估值被重估下，令明年長實每股資產淨值上升10%，將會有利長實股價。
